Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations:
We allow cancellations within 24 hours of purchase. If you wish to cancel your order, please email us directly at ImaginOvallc@icloud.com with your order number and reason for cancellation.
Digital Products & Courses:
Due to the nature of digital products and instant access to course materials, all digital product and course sales are final once delivered. No refunds or cancellations will be granted after access is given.
Service-Based Cancellations: For clients who have purchased services such as business setup or done-for-you packages:
•Cancellations requested within 24 hours of payment are eligible for a full refund.
•After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a partial refund based on any work already completed.
